Chel: Where has your family been in the holiday?
Lisa: We visited to Beijing.
Emily: When did you go?
Nina: We left for Beijing on Oct 1st, the National Day of China.
C: Whom did you go together with?
L: My dad, mom, my sister Lisa and I went to Beijing on a package tour together with many other travelers.
E: Were you happy then?
N: I was so happy because it's the first time that I visit the Great Wall.
C: Do you know something about the Great Wall?
L: Yes, it is one of the greatest wonders of the world, was enlisted in the World Heritage in 1987.
E: How did you arrive there?
N: We took the bus to arrive at the foot of the Great Wall.
C: Were you tired when you climbed the Great Wall?
L: I did not feel tired, but after I stepped a thousands of steps I felt tired and thirsty. At last, we stood on the highest point of the Great Wall.
E: Do you know the famous saying about the Great Wall?
N: Yes, you are not a real hero until you have climbed the Great Wall.
C: What did you see on top of the Great Wall?
L: Oh, it was very beautiful scenery inside and outside the Great Wall! The mountains were green and the leaves of the trees were golden.
E: Were there many tourists there?
N: Yes, there were several thousands of visitors on that day, and many of them were foreigners.
C: Did you try to talk with them In English?
L: Yes, I talked with a tourist from German, but his English was not quite good, so we just communicated in several minutes.
E: How long have you stayed in Beijing:
N: We Have stayed there for 6 days.
C: Have you traveled elsewhere?
L: Yes, besides the Great Wall, we also traveled the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace and other famous places in Beijing.
E: It sounds very interesting; I wish I could go visiting next holiday with my family.
